Rigger
You tie the knots.
You love restraining a partner — the craft of rope or restraints, the aesthetics, and holding someone at your mercy.
In practice
In practice, a Rigger is the one holding the rope — tying knots, building patterns, and restraining a partner with real technical care, because bad rope is a safety issue, not just an aesthetic one. Some Riggers are drawn to the craft itself (pattern, tension, the visual line of a tie), others to the control it gives them over a partner’s ability to move. Either way, the responsibility for circulation, nerve safety, and a fast release stays with the person tying.
