The room only works if it’s safe.

1. Consent comes first — always

Everything on SafeHaven runs on consent. Kink is built on negotiation, limits, and the freedom to say no; we expect the same online. That means:

• respect stated limits, boundaries, and “no” — the first time;
• ask before sending explicit content; unsolicited explicit media is not welcome;
• a block is final and works both ways — do not evade it;
• do not pressure, guilt, or coerce anyone into contact, content, or meeting.

2. Zero tolerance — minors & CSAM

SafeHaven has absolute zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for anything that sexualizes, depicts, or involves a person under 18 — real, fictional, drawn, or AI-generated. This is not a moderation judgment call; it is a hard line. Accounts are terminated immediately, content is preserved, and reports are made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law. 3. Prohibited content & conduct

You may not post, generate, share, or promote:

• Non-consensual content— including “revenge porn,” hidden-camera or leaked material, deepfakes of real people made without consent, or sharing anyone’s private images without permission;
• Doxxing— posting or threatening to post another person’s real name, address, workplace, or other private information, or attempting to link someone’s persona to their offline identity;
• Harassment & hate — targeted abuse, threats, stalking, or attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics;
• Real, illegal, or genuinely harmful acts — content depicting or promoting non-consensual violence, self-harm instruction, bestiality, or other content prohibited by law. Consensual adult kink depicted between adults is welcome; a depiction of a real crime is not;
• Impersonation & fraud — pretending to be someone else, catfishing, or scams; and
• Spam & solicitation — commercial sexual services, escorting, or spam, which are covered in detail in the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Images & the gallery

Every image — uploaded or AI-generated — is reviewed before it can appear publicly in the members’ gallery. Only upload or generate images of real adults (18+) that you have the rights to share. AI-generated content must still follow every rule here, especially the zero-tolerance rule.

5. Enforcement

We enforce these Guidelines with a range of tools depending on severity and history: a warning, content removal, feature limits, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. Serious violations — anything involving minors, non-consensual content, or credible threats — result in immediate termination and, where the law requires, preservation and reporting to authorities. We may act with or without prior notice and are not obligated to explain every decision. Moderation is described further in our Terms of Service.

6. How to report

Use the in-app report tools on any profile, post, message, or image. For urgent safety issues or anything involving a minor, email abuse@safehavenkink.com right away. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
