Operative — legal review in progress
This policy is current and operative; a final legal review is in progress — last updated 2026-07-11. It is written to be clear and protective, but it is not legal advice. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement between you and Champlin Enterprises, that agreement controls.
1. What is strictly prohibited
The following are banned without exception on SafeHaven:
- any content — photo, video, drawing, text, or AI-generated media — that depicts, sexualizes, or exploits a minor (anyone under 18), real or fictional;
- grooming, enticement, or any attempt to sexualize, contact, or exploit a minor;
- age-play, role-play, or personas that present a participant as a minor in a sexual context;
- links to, requests for, or trading of CSAM anywhere on or off the platform; and
- any account created by or on behalf of a person under 18.
2. Prevention
SafeHaven is age-gated and restricted to adults 18 and older (see our Terms of Service). Every image — uploaded or AI-generated — is reviewed before it can appear publicly, and members can report any content or account. We combine member reporting, human review, and account-level enforcement to keep minors and abusive content off the platform.
3. What we do when we find it
When we identify apparent CSAM or the sexual exploitation of a minor, we:
- remove the content and disable access immediately;
- preserve the content and associated records as evidence, consistent with law;
- terminate the responsible account(s) and take steps to prevent re-registration;
- reportto the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline, as required by 18 U.S.C. §2258A; and
- cooperate with NCMEC and law enforcement in any resulting investigation.
4. How to report
If you encounter content or behavior involving a minor on SafeHaven, report it immediately using the in-app report tools or by emailing abuse@safehavenkink.com. Please do not download, save, or re-share the material — describe it and where you saw it, and we will handle preservation and reporting through the proper legal channels.
You can also report directly to NCMEC’s CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org (or 1-800-843-5678 in the U.S.). If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
