In practice, a Little finds real comfort in a younger headspace — coloring books, stuffed animals, simple rules, and the relief of not having to be the responsible one for a while. It’s a form of stress release as much as anything sexual: adult responsibilities get set down, and a trusted Caregiver holds the space instead. It’s always between consenting adults, and always something a Little can step in and out of on their own terms.
