CNC Bottom

The struggle is the point.

You’re turned on by consensual non-consent as the one who surrenders to it — a fantasy that lives and dies on trust.

In practice

In practice, a CNC Bottom is turned on by the struggle itself — resisting, being overpowered, playing out a scenario where “no” doesn’t stop things, inside a scene both partners have negotiated down to the safeword. The fantasy only works because the trust underneath it is real and total; a genuine safeword breaks the scene instantly, no questions, no negotiation in the moment. It’s not for every dynamic or every relationship, and going slow with a new partner matters more here than almost anywhere else.

Consent & safety

CNC only works with a real, reliable safeword and a partner who will stop the instant it’s used — no exceptions, no “but we agreed.” Go slow, negotiate in detail, and build trust before playing with CNC at all.
